Kate's collection of beads is one that would make any crafty person swoon. She has been collecting beads of all kinds, with the focus on handmade glass and stone for so many years! Her journey to Kamala Boutique began in Holliston nearly 30 years ago in an old mill art studio, where she would create these one of a kind chunky beaded bracelets.
One day, while out shopping, she was flagged down by someone who saw her open studio in the mill and wanted to know how she could shop more easily. It was not long afterward that the first face of Kamala Boutique happened in the homely little building on Union Street. Two years later, Kate added the second floor as an art studio, creating the little cottage that everyone knows and loves. This is now Kate's art studio, as well as the jewelry studio for her daughter Annie, the creatrix behind Seismic Silver.

This bracelet harks back to Kate's roots. Her beads have been calling her to create with them again. This is the first in a coming series.
