To qualify for a return, items must be received back to Kamala within 30 days of your original order shipment date (printed on your packing slip). Refunds will only be given if received within 30 days of original order shipment date, You must contact us for RETURN AUTHORIZATION. After 30 days it is a FINAL SALE.
Kamala Boutique wants you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please contact us right away if something is not right, and we will do our best to make you happy. Everything sent out by Kamala Boutique has been carefully inspected for damages and is in top quality condition. If something has sneaked by our eagle eyes, of course we will make that right for you!
Refund:
30 days from original shipment to get it back to us in new , ORIGINAL condition, for a refund.
We will not refund ANY shipping.
Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange when possible. Call us immediately at 508-429-2124, message via Kamala Boutique Facebook page or email to [email protected] . If we have the item, Kamala will hold it in reserve for you for 7 days to allow for transit of your exchange back to us. After 7 days we will return it back to live inventory.
We will not refund shipping for the return, but we will send you the new item at our expense.
Because we buy small amounts of items, we recommend to not wait if you are needing to switch something.

Returns received back to Kamala in damaged/worn condition.
Purchases older than 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Shipping charges, unless it is our mistake.
We will not take back worn/used/unsellable items
Clothing must have all original tags still attached.
Accessories must have all original tags still attached.
Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund.
ANYTHING that has been used, worn, torn, or made unsellable as new, will not be accepted back to Kamala.
